From Wednesday 1st April 2026, we will return to our summer opening hours where drop and collection will be in the mornings between 10am and 12 noon daily and the afternoon between 4pm and 6pm (except Wednesday where we only offer a morning drop off/collection).

We prefer our cats to arrive during the morning if possible as this allows longer for us to ensure they settle during their first day - but we understand this is not always possible.

If you need to arrange collection/drop-off outside of these times, please contact us ahead of your stay - we will do our best to accommodate your requirements, though this may not always be possible and we may ask you to bring your cat(s) to us the day before you planned, which will incur an additional charge.
